Traffic Trap is a top down intersection manager where you tap cars to start and stop them, trying to keep traffic flowing without causing crashes or gridlock: on desktop you use the mouse to click vehicles or traffic lights, clicking again to release them, and sometimes number keys to toggle preset patterns or call emergency vehicles; on mobile you tap cars directly to pause or let them roll, tap light icons to change signals, and pinch to zoom in on busier intersections for more precise control; the goal is to watch approach lanes and keep traffic moving in waves, letting a group through one direction while holding others briefly, rather than rapidly tapping every car as it appears; good tactics include prioritizing main roads over side lanes, never releasing two opposing left turns at the same time, leaving a bit of space in the intersection so emergency vehicles can cut through cleanly, and using slow speed modes if available to learn each map; if taps seem ignored, confirm you have clicked inside the canvas and finished any tutorial step, if the city view stutters on low spec devices lower effects, disable dynamic shadows and weather, and close extra tabs, if your finger toggles the wrong car or light reset browser zoom to 100% and play full screen, and if level stars, coins, or unlocked maps disappear next time you play enable cookies and local storage.
