Gem Dojo turns matching gems into a more tactical puzzle where you swap stones on a grid to build chains, trigger power gems, and complete objectives such as clearing blockers or charging dojo skills instead of just chasing points; on desktop you drag or click two adjacent gems to swap them, use the mouse for skill buttons like row clears or color bombs, and navigate stages on a simple map screen, while on mobile you swipe to swap neighboring gems, tap icons along the bottom for limited use boosters, and tap arrows or map icons to move between levels; strong play involves scanning for four and five matches that create special gems before settling for basic triples, targeting blockers and caged gems near the bottom so cascades do more work for you, combining power gems together to clear huge portions of the board, and saving a few boosters for levels with strict move or time limits; if swaps suddenly do nothing, wait for current animations to finish and then tap inside the board to refocus, if the grid scroll or cascades feel choppy on older phones lower effects, disable background animation and close extra tabs, if swipes register on the wrong gem reset zoom to 100 percent and try full screen, and if stars, dojo upgrades, or world progress disappear next time you open the game confirm that cookies and local storage are enabled so Gem Dojo can store your journey.
